When the weather's still a little chilly but sunny, I like to wear shorts over tights and bright colors (depending on my mood, of course). This past week, the highs were in the 60s here, which was SO RAD. I do love winter and cold weather, but you just. can't. beat. the 60s.

So, I've read about 15-20 blog this evening and this is truly the first time I've gone "wow - she looks amazing!". I love this outfit - the retro-tastic shirt, the casual cut offs with seasonally appropriate tights, the sunny pop of the bag, the nonchalant head band. Love, love, love!
